Wedding Details
Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after.  To make planning your wedding reception easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Of course, your dedicated Cleveland wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.  

Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our wedding sites can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Cleveland can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Order of Events
From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.

Audio-Visual equipment
Our on-site audio-visual experts, Visual Aid Electronics, can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.

Parking
Valet parking is available for your wedding guests.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding. Points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.

Pricing
All food and beverage charges listed are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.


Guarantee
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your reception. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
