Here at Camp Hyatt, we create fun and interactive programs for your child to explore the flora, fauna, culture and geography of our fascinating area. We intermingle games and activities with learning experiences, and fill their days with interesting projects such as beautiful lei making, creating Hawaiian petroglyphs on tapa cloth, Hawaiian story telling, hula lessons and much more.
Pool & Water Playground
Delight in the natural beauty of our free-form swimming pool, surrounded by lush tropical plants and set on the edge of the dazzling Pacific Ocean. The pool oasis continues to be a favorite attraction for resort guests and boasts fun for the entire family, with its 150-foot lava tube water slide*, Grotto Bar nestled beneath the dual waterfalls, rope bridge, whirlpool, and interactive children's pool, the "Keiki Lagoon".
This fabulous kid's activity center features a 3,000-square foot pool surrounded by sand and a 25-foot slide. At 18-inches deep with a sandy shore, the Keiki Lagoon is an ocean-like playground your kids will adore. A sand covered island sits at the center of the pool, amidst leaping water fountains that spout up to 10 feet high and tide pools.
*Must be at least 4' tall to ride this water slide.
Family Activities
With so much to do, you'll have a hard time deciding just how to spend your days at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. Frolic in the pools, play on the shores of Ka'anapali beach, learn to make a traditional Hawaiian Lei, gaze at the evening stars with deep space telescopes and amaze yourselves with our nightly Drums of the Pacific Lu'au complete with the exciting fire dance.
